3 Ingredient Healthy Oat Cookies | Back to School Recipe | Simply Bakings
Hi guys, it's Lainey!
Today I'm sharing with you how to make
healthy oat cookies, greatto eat for breakfast.
Let's begin.
In a large bowl, addtwo bananas and mash it.
It's best to use bananasthat are super duper ripe
because the cookies will be much sweeter.
(light instrumental music)
Then mix in one cup of quick oats.
I gradually added it in.
Then a third cup of raisins.
Now, don't add too many raisins,
or the cookies will fall apart.
So you're gonna mix this,and this is your base layer
of cookies. Now, from here youcan add any other ingredients.
I added some cinnamon,you could add honey,
vanilla extract, flax seed,nutmeg, chocolate chips even,
but it's totally up to you.
So once I was finished mixing I grabbed
my handy dandy cookie scooper
and scooped the cookiesonto parchment paper,
or if you have a baking matavailable you can use that.
So next I flattened the cookies.
This is optional, I just decided
to flatten them outbecause they don't really
spread out when they bake in the oven.
You're gonna pop it in theoven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
for about 15 minutes, and that's it, guys.
This is such a super duper easy recipe
and is very healthy to eat.
There is no artificial sugars.
And then you can keep it in the freezer
and then warm it in themicrowave to heat it up
and have that in the morningsbefore you head off to school.
